Hola amigos, espero estén bien hoy les presentare unas ricas empanadas de salchiqueso hechas esta tarde para merendar, en las que conté con la ayuda de los más pequeños de la casa.

INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS
Harina de maíz.
Queso.
Salchicha.
Aceite para freír.
Sal.
Agua.
Cornmeal.
Cheese.
Sausage.
Oil for frying.
Salt.
Water.
PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION
Rayamos el queso, aquí me ayudo mi hija mayor Nathalya.
We scratch the cheese, here my eldest daughter Nathalya helped me.
Luego rayamos las salchichas, aquí me ayudo mi hija Mikhaella.
Then we scratch the sausages, here my daughter Mikhaella helped me.
Ahora agragamos la harina y un poco de sal en un envase.
Now we add the flour and a little salt in a container.
Le agregamos agua poco a poco y luego amasamos.
We add water little by little and then knead.
Ahora con nuestro queso, salchichas y masa lista, solo nos queda empezar a hacer las empanadas.

HAGAMOS EMPANADAS/LET'S MAKE EMPANADAS
Agregamos el aceite necesario para freír en el sarten a utilizar y lo ponemos al fuego a calentar.

Con el aceite bien caliente y las empanadas armadas solo me queda la labor de freirlas, aunque notaran que se me pasaron un poco igual quedaron muy sabrosas jejej
