Hello friends of the hive, I hope you are very well. I tell you that these days it is quite hot in eastern Venezuela so it is propitious the occasion to cool off and at the same time give pleasure to the palate with a juice made from a delicious combination of fruits: Passion fruit and guava. My children love this drink and they call it "parchiguaya" so that's how we call it around here.
Passion fruit and guava provide nutrients to our body, mainly vitamin A and C, potassium and fiber, as the two fruits contain these benefits by joining them increases this contribution to our body, in addition to this the combination of their flavors is delicious and refreshing.
Hola amigos de la colmena, espero se encuentren muy bien. Les cuento que en estos días hace bastante calor por el oriente venezolano así que es propicia la ocasión para refrescarnos y a la vez darle gusto al paladar con un jugo hecho de una deliciosa combinación de frutas: La parchita y la guayaba. Les comento que a mis hijos les encanta esta bebida y la llaman "parchiguaya" así que así le decimos por estos lados.
La parchita y la guayaba aportan nutrientes a nuestro organismo, principalmente vitamina A y C, potasio y fibra, como las dos frutas contienen estos beneficios al unirlas aumenta este aporte a nuestro cuerpo, aunado a esto la combinación de sus sabores es deliciosa y refrescante.
Preparemos nuestro jugo de parchiguaya!
INGREDIENTS:
3 large Passion fruit
5 large Guavas
Sugar to taste
1 liter of water
INGREDIENTES:
3 Parchitas grandes
5 Guayabas grandes
Azúcar al gusto
1 litro de agua
PREPARATION:
We prepare first the passion fruit juice, add the pasion fruit to the blender, the water and blend.
PREPARACIÓN:
Preparamos primero el jugo de parchita, ponemos en la licuadora la pulpa de la parchita el agua licuamos.
Add the washed and cut guavas, add the sugar, blend well and strain.
Agregamos las guayabas lavadas y cortadas, ponemos el azúcar, licuamos bien y colamos.
Serve, add ice and that's it! We have our juice with that rich combination of citrus and sweet flavors to enjoy alone, to accompany our meals or freeze it for a tasty ice cream.
Servimos añadimos hielo y listo! tenemos nuestro jugo con esa rica combinación de sabores entre lo cítrico y lo dulce para disfrutar solo, acompañar nuestras comidas o congelarlo para un rico helado.
