Saludos a toda la comunidad!
Los fines de semana queremos esmerarnos un poco más en la cocina, que la familia se sienta más querida. Ésta ensalada es una de las preferidas de mis hijas sobre todo si no les pongo cebolla. Para ello precisé:
•3 zanahorias🥕
•5 papas 🥔
•3 huevos🥚
•un chorrito de vinagre🍶
•mayonesa y sal a gusto.
Greetings to the whole community! On weekends we want to do a little more work in the kitchen, so that the family feels more loved. This salad is one of my daughters' favorites, especially if I don't put onions. For this I needed:
• 3 carrots🥕
• 5 potatoes🥔
• 3 eggs🥚
• a splash of vinegar 🍶
• mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Lo primero que hago es lavar bien las verduras y colocarlas en abundante agua 💦con un poquito de sal hasta ablandar, también coloco los huevos🥚 para que endurezcan, transcurrido el tiempo saco primero los huevos 🥚, zanahorias🥕 y por último las papas.🥔
The first thing I do is wash the vegetables well and place them in plenty of water 💦 with a little salt until they soften, I also place the eggs🥚 so that they harden, after time I take out the eggs 🥚, carrots🥕 and lastly the potatoes.🥔
Pelo los huevos, las verduras, las pico en cuadritos, las coloco en una ensaladera para agregar la mayonesa, vinagre y sal a gusto, refrigerio.
I peel the eggs, the vegetables, I dice them, I place them in a salad bowl to add the mayonnaise, vinegar and salt to taste, snack.

Para las chuletas😋 tengo:
• 3 chuletas ahumadas🍗
• 2 parchitas🍊
• 2 cucharadas 🥄 de salsa ketchup
• 2 cucharadas🥄 de aceite
• 1 cucharada🥄 de azúcar.
For the chops😋 I have: • 3 smoked chops🍗 • 2 patches🍊 • 2 tablespoons 🥄 ketchup sauce • 2 tablespoons🥄 of oil • 1 tablespoon🥄 of sugar.
En ésta parte quiero que sepan que estoy improvisando con las parchitas 🍊, no las había hecho así. Caliento el aceite en una sartén pongo las chuletas y las doro por ambos lados, les sumo el jugo de parchita🍹 que licué y colé con poca agua.
In this part I want you to know that I am improvising with the patches 🍊, I had not done them that way. I heat the oil in a frying pan, put the chops and brown them on both sides, add the passion fruit juice 🍹, which I blended and strain with little water.

No es necesario ponerle sal, como sabemos todos las chuletas ahumadas vienen saladitas.
Listo, emplato, no es por nada amigos pero las chuletas con parchitas quedaron deliciosas❕😚💞
