Hello ladies and gentlemen today we gonna cook something crunchy, cheesy and meaty oh yeah!
Brazil Beef Stuffed Chili š¶ļø and Cheese š§
Ingredients below š
Brazil beef Minced - 500gram š
Green chillies š¶ļø
Carrot š„ - 1
Onions š§
- 1
Garlic š§- 2 (small piece)
Salt š§ and pepper š¶ļø to taste
Springroll sheets
All purpose flour
Cheese š§
First š„ mix minced meat š, chopped carrot š„, chopped garlic
š§ and onions š§
salt š§ and pepper š¶ļø mix it thoroughly.
Put in the cheese š§ inside the chilli then put in the meat š„
It should look something like this.
Put the all purpose flour on the chopping board
Put some all purpose flour inside a bowl š then put some water on it this paste is to seal your springroll sheets after you wrap it.
When it's done should look like this. Need to improve my wrapping skills hehe š
Time to cook. Cook it in medium heat so the meat inside is cooked perfectly and not to burn the springroll sheets.
I'm out of chilli so I just roll the meat and cheese in the springroll instead.
Make sure it's brown in colour before you take it out from the pan it should look like this.

You can eat it with tomato š
ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise any dipping sauce your choosing taste wonderful šš»
