Breakfast this morning for my baby
This morning I got young corn from my neighbor, he happened to have just harvested it from his garden. We call it jaten or baby corn. Young corn contains many nutrients and vitamins, so it is beneficial for health.
This morning I saw that there were eggs, so I decided to cook stir-fry with scrambled eggs for my beloved baby. Young corn that has just been taken from the tree has a very sweet taste, so without waiting for a long time I will immediately process it into a delicious meal. So let's keep reading my blog!
INGREDIENTS :
• young corn
• 1 egg
• leek
• red onion
• water
• tomato
• salt
HOW TO COOK :
• peel young corn from its skin.
• cut into pieces young corn
wash and drain
• sliced red onion
• prepare the oil and heat it, sauté the shallots
• after the onions are slightly browned, add the baby corn then stir.
• add a little ½ tsp salt, and 100 ml of water into the young corn stir fry
• add 1 egg, and mix well
• sliced green onions
• add spring onions and tomatoes, then stir-fry until the corn is cooked. Do not be too long
stir and wait until cooked
the food is cooked and ready to be served
