This is the quick do it mum cake, and when you get the request from the loveliest brown eyes, looking at you like its the last thing they wamt today, how vcan I refuse.
Its cloud cake, and it takes 10 minutes to make, 55 minutes to bake and than its done !
Its cake batter, I only have to add three eggs and cream.
This is a choco vanilla cake so the choco is added, but just a little because we like a little choco bite.
I use baking paper, its easier to take from the cake form.
The batter is whisked with by hand.
I add a bit of milk for fresh bite.
The oven is pre heated and to proof I am the chef, just look at the image in the oven.
I poor it in the cake form.
Nobody to do the dishes .......
This is the end result, it looks like a loaf of bread.
But its a sweet vanilla choco cake, for the kids. They love me even more after making it, and me , well I love the smell of cake in the house.
