MAKING BLACKBERRY CHEESECAKE
All the kids came home. It’s the weekend and I made my famous food. Always when all are home. This time I wanted to make a special dessert. I wanted to make cheesecake.
I have a cookbook with only cheesecakes.
I never tried to make it, but I love it. When it’s on a menu in a restaurant I always try it.
This time we decided to make one out this cool book from my bookcase.
We is me and our daughter. We picked the one that was also on the front of the book. We used blackberries.
I have to say that the cookbook said mix all by hand. We did but I found the structure a bit grainy. Grainy yet super tasteful. I only never had that when I ordered it in a restaurant so next time we have to use a electric mixer. But I would love to hear what your ideas are on making the cheesecake.
All pictures are mine, we took them during the making and sorry if they are not in order but all is our work.
The cheesecake filling is thick but good to decide over the bottom of the whole cake.
The bottom is made of 🍪 cookies and we used digestives but next time I will used chocolate chip cookies. I think that will be even more delicious in total.
Until we read again, Thanks for stopping by,
its appreciated and remember always focus on being creative instead of being bee-zy.
