Today we had great weather for a bbq and we decided on asparagus.
Not the usual thing we make on the bbq but really nice.
The recipe is simple :
Oil
Garlic and
Sea salt
You cut of the end of the thin long asparagus. I cut of 3 cm and put on gloves to drench them in oil with garlic.
The tinfoil plate is with holes and really great for the bbq. The smoke of the bbq and the garlic are magnificent!
So next time grill asparagus, it’s great !
