Pickle is the name of a delicious food. Any kind of pickle is very tasty and delicious . Mango pickle is one of them.
There are many mangoes available in the market during the mango season, which are raw, ripe.
Mostly raw mango is pickled. Today I made mango pickle, I just love it so much. Even I like all kind of pickle and also like to made it. Now, I share the recipe of the pickle with all of you.

#Necessary materials:
- Mango
- Sugar
- Mustard oil
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste
- Mustard paste
- Pachporan
- Dried pepper
- Bay leaves
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
I had already cut the mangoes and cooked them with light turmeric, salt and mustard paste. I left them in the deep freezer. So that we can take it out at any time.
I took the mangoes out of the fridge and kept them at normal temperature for 1 hour to release the ice.
Then I took ginger, garlic and mustard and made paste pf it. I took the pachporan masala in a fry pan and ground it.
I put a pickle pan in the oven, then put oil in the pan. When the oil was hot, I added bay leaves, cinnamon and dried chillies. I fried it lightly with ginger paste and garlic paste. I also gave all the other spices.
After a while I gave 2 cups of sugar and salt. I kept shaking well with all of them.
After the sugar melted, I gave the mangoes. I kept stirring for a long time so that it would not stick to the pan. After about 20 minutes, when the pickle became thick,
I added the powdered pachporan spices. With them I continued to stir for another 5 minutes. When the pickles left the body of the pan, I took them down and put them in a big steel tray.
I let them dry in the sun for a while. These can be dried in the hot sun and kept at normal temperature for a long time. I usually like to eat this kind of wet pickle so I keep it in the fridge at normal temperature without drying it in the sun for long.
