Today I bring you a recipe for a delicious strawberry smoothie that I am sure you will love. It is very easy to make and is great to share with your loved ones.

En esta comunidad de @foodiebeehive.Hoy les traigo una receta de un delicioso batido de fresas que seguro que les encantará. Es muy fácil de hacer y es genial para compartir con tus seres queridos.

Ingredients
-250gr of strawberries
-80ml condensed milk
-80ml of liquid milk

I am in the habit of buying strawberries and freezing them, for when the time comes to prepare my strawberry smoothie, so I took the strawberries out of the freezer, washed them well and cleaned them by removing the leaves on the top, and put them in a bowl.

Tengo la costumbre de comprar fresas y congelarlas, para cuando llegue el momento de preparar mi batido de fresas, así que saqué las fresas del congelador, las lavé bien y las limpié quitando las hojas de la parte superior, y las puse en un bol.

Then add the condensed milk in an 80 ml measuring cup and I chopped some strawberries into small pieces to decorate and set aside.

Then put the cleaned frozen strawberries in the blender, add 80 ml of condensed milk and 80 ml of liquid milk and blend very well.

A continuación, añadimos la leche condensada en un vaso medidor de 80 ml y picamos algunas fresas en trozos pequeños para decorar y reservamos.

Luego se poné las fresas congeladas limpias en la licuadora, agregá 80 ml de leche condensada y 80 ml de leche líquida y licuá muy bien.

There is no need to add sugar because condensed milk is sweet. Once our strawberries are well blended, pour them into a clean glass and place the strawberry pieces on top.

No es necesario añadir azúcar porque la leche condensada es dulce. Una vez que nuestras fresas estén bien mezcladas, verterlas en un vaso limpio y colocar los trozos de fresa encima.

This way we have our delicious smoothie ready, which is very thick and very cold, similar to ice cream. All we have to do is enjoy it.

Así tenemos listo nuestro delicioso batido, que es muy espeso y está muy frío, parecido a un helado. Sólo nos queda disfrutarlo.
