It is very tasty and spicy.Chicken Pakora is very common food in every Indian restaurant.This item is used as a starter item.
~~ CHICKEN PAKORA ~~
Ingredients
- Chicken meat 1.5 kg
- Bason 400 mg
- Green chilis pieces
- Turmeric powder as needed
- Salt as needed
- Spicy as needed
- Red chilis as needed
- Soyabean oil 500 ml
Procedure
Step-1:Firstly wash the meat very properly.Then marinate the meat with oil salt turmeric powder and keep it 30 minutes.
Step-2:After marination make the oil hot and boil the meat during 15 minutes.
Step-3:Now make the bason solution with water.Add some salt turmeric powder spicy powder green chilis.Now time to fry chicken pakora.Take a piece of meat and keep it with bason solution and put it on hot pan and fry it well.After fry all pakora ,the full recipe is ready for serving.
