Good morning guys, this morning I decided to cook something easy but not so common way of cooking of hotdog. I decided to make it like a sizzling sisig but I'm using hotdog as main menu.
First step is to slice your hotdog into smaller pieces and to do that you must start slicing at the center first.
Then you must slice it diagonally.
Then saute your sliced hotdog in a pan.
When the hotdog is already cooked add a little bit of butter into it.
Then next is to add ketchup and mix it well.
Then to add flavor into it, add a little bit of sugar, pepper and soy sauce depending on your taste.
Then lastly put your sliced green chili to add a little spice into it.
Next is to prepare a heated sizzling plate and put your butter into it and mealt it.
Then add your cooked hotdog and put some fried garlic into it and garnesh it with some sliced green chili.
And then your done. You can now serve it as "pulotan" while having some drink. You can also turn it into a children friendly recipe by removing the chili ingredient into it.
