Hi guys, good afternoon. I am here now at Mandaue City, Cebu PH. I'm here at my friend's condo and I voluntered to cooked for our breakfast earlier todst. They have stock of beef in there ref so that is what I decided to cook. I decided to cook beef steak.
First thing that I did is prepared every ingredients that I need.
I sliced the beef thinly for it to be cooked easily. As you can see in the picture. That is all the ingredients that I prepared.
Then marenated the beef with soysauce, oyster sauce, lemon, onions and garlic.
Next is I heat the oil in the pan and put the sliced onions, garlic and chili.
Then I put the beef and put some and then covered it until it become tender.
When the beef is already tender. You can now at the spring onion and some bell pepper. I aldo added a little bit of soysuace, sugar and venigar in it and then your done.
Time to eat guys.
