ESPAÑOL
Hola amigos de Hive, espero estén súper bien.
Ingredientes
• 2 tazas de auyama sancochada.
• 1 ½ tazas de agua.
• 2 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla.
• 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
• 7 cucharadas de azúcar.
• 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
• Hielo (cantidad necesaria)

ENGLISH
Hello friends of Hive, I hope you are super well.
Ingredients
• 2 cups of boiled pumpkin.
• 1 ½ cups of water.
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence.
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
• 7 tablespoons of sugar.
• 3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
• Ice (required amount)
This preparation is very simple, if we already have the cooked squash in the fridge and for this the first thing we must do is peel the squash and boil it until it softens, place it in a pasta strainer to drain all the water, since it It absorbs a lot and that way it will not serve us for any recipe.
After it is cold and a large amount of water has drained, we can store in a cup with a lid in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
In the blender we put the water and the squash.
We process, we will have a relatively dense mixture.
We add the rest of the ingredients (vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and powdered milk), the preparation is thick so we must help our blender with a teaspoon.
Let it blend for approximately 2 minutes until all the ingredients are well incorporated and it is a homogeneous mixture.
We add the ice to the blender and continue processing for a few more seconds.
We serve and enjoy. I hope you liked my recipe today and are encouraged to prepare it at home, you will not regret it. Thanks for reading and commenting.
