Last weekend we had rain!
A blessing for the garden
I barley can keep up with all what is growing
This early morning I went to harvest my zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, spicy peppers etc.
To preserve them in jars for the wintertime
First I made sweet and sour spicy peppers
Then I made a pan of Tomato sauce
So many are ready every day
3 big jars full!
The small yellow tomatoes I use for salad
And of course,.... zucchini ketchup!

The cucumbers I pickled, With fresh seeds from my fennel plant.
Look how green and full the garden is, a pleasure for us! Me and the animals
And of course after we finish the work, we dip in the blue sea, me and Sunny.
Bella doesn’t go completely in the sea, only until her belly she goes in.
