Agar Agar or Jelly is a good food.
Many benefits can we get if we consume agar-agar.

- And maintain the strength of bones and teeth
Agar-Agar is one of the foods that can be mixed with other ingredients like fruit. So make so easily accepted in many people.
It's been 3 days I have mouth ulcer, I was advised to consume fruits that are high in vitamin c.
Tamarillo is a fruit that is rich in vitamin c. Yesterday while shopping I buy tamarillo as the stock at home. The price for 1 kg of tamarillo range of 15,000 idr.
On this occasion, I had the idea to make Tamarillo silky puddi g. This Pudding will make interesting like the flag of Indonesia ‘Red and White’
Ingredients:
- Agar-agar
- Sugar
- Tamarillo
- 200ml Coconut milk (mix water)
- Cinnamon, mint leaves and seed basil for garnish
How to cook Tamarillo Silky Pudding:
- Boil the coconut milk and sugar. Put in clear glass
- Put the pudding in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
- Puree tamarillo and 1stp sugar with chopper. - Put out pudding in the fridge, plate puree tamarillo on top.
- Plate the garnish (mint leaves and cinnamon)
- Tamarillo Silky Pudding ready to be served.
