TAHU ISI SUMEDANG
Hello all today is a very difficult day for me and my husband because today I do not sahur and i had to fasting all day.
Today was a tiring day for me where I had to do a lot of work as a curtain tailor and a lot of orders to work today.
For that I took the time to cook iftar simple but can pamper the tongue.
As we know Indonesia we know by its name processed foods from soybeans that is Tpfu or a lot called TAHU.
Tofu is processed from soybeans that have many benefits because it contains vegetable proteins that are useful for the body.
Tofu is also a cheap and easy to find.
Tofu can be processed into delicious foods such as tofu contents
Tahu isi is a tofu-based food and filled with various vegetables such as chickpeas, cabbage, carrots and others
Is one of the foods that are #plantbased and can nourish the body.
On this day I want to share the recipe of ‘Tahu Isi’ for iftar dishes
Ingredients:
-Tofu Sumedang
-Carrot
-Cabbage
-Onion
-Garlic
-All purpose flour
-Water
-Salt
-Mushroom stock

How to cook ‘Tahu Isi’
- Wash adn chopper all vegetables and ingredients such as shallots and garlic.
- Take the ‘Tahu Sumedang’ then split on the top so that it can include vegetable ingredients
- vegetables that we have washed and we cut into pieces then mix together garlic and shallots. Give a little salt and mushroom stock
- Put the vegetables that have been seasoned into the tofu
- Put all-purpose flour in a container and give water to taste
- Put the tofu contents into the flour dough that has been given water then heat the heat and fry the tofu contents until browned
- ‘Tahu Isi Sumedang’ ready yo be served
