Egg is one of the cheap protein that are easily obtainable. Eggs are definitely a lot of likes and usually becomes a food ingredient that is commonly used in cooking.
In Indonesia there is a very famous dish of Eggs Rice Ayong 999. Located in the city of Pontianak and is a culinary must-try when you visit to Pontianak. Although it looks simple, Egg Rice Ayong is very tasty and savory.
I join the challenge Hive Top Chef by @qurator this time with the theme ‘eggs’ and I was inspired to make a restaurant menu Ayong such.
How to make it very easy. In addition to cook easy, the ingredients needed are also easy to find.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 leek
- 3 cayenne pepper
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Oil for frying
How To Cook:
- Wash all the ingredients. Then cut all ingredients garlic, cayenne pepper and leek.
- Heat the oil, then saute the garlic, cayenne pepper and leek until browned.
- Enter the sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well.
- Enter 2 eggs and a lid.
- Wait 3 minutes then remove from pan.
- Pour over rice heat.
- Egg Rice Ayong ready to serve.
