The idea to bake these cloud cookies came to my mind after Tik Tok Cloud Bread went viral. Seeing how spongy and fluffy the cloud bread was, I wanted to make a cookies version of it, and with chocolate. Using only 5 ingredients, I made these cloud cookies and they were so yummy. They are rich in chocolate, soft and slightly chewy. One cookie is not enough to munch on as it melts in your mouth right away. Try out these cookies and let me know how it was in the comments below.

100 g Egg white
1/4 tsp Baking powder
70 g Caster sugar
20 g Unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
