Ingredientes/ Ingredients

  • Pan canilla
  • Ajo
  • Perejil
  • Mantequilla
  • Bread
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Butter

We begin by taking the parsley, the amount is to the taste of each one, we place it on a board and cut it until it is in very small pieces, now we take a head of garlic, peel it and place it on the board to start cutting it into small pieces too, when we have it ready we place the parsley and garlic in a bowl.

Now we add the butter, I used 3 tablespoons and what I did is to mix until all the ingredients are well integrated, and with that ready we continue taking one or two shins and chop them into medium slices to place them on a plate and to continue with the other steps.

Once the slices of bread are ready we start to spread the garlic and parsley cream that we prepared before, we pour with a knife abundantly to each slice, once we have all ready, we heat a frying pan placing a little butter so that it melts in the pan, we leave it for about 5 minutes and then we place the breads on top of the pan we cover it with aluminum foil and place a lid, we leave it for 7 minutes to cook and that's it, it's ready.

We take the garlic breads out of the pan and they are ready to be enjoyed as appetizers or to accompany a particular meal. The best thing about them is that they are tasty and quick to make, in addition to having few ingredients.
