Ice cream? It's not completely wrong, but somewhat close to the correct answer. This time, I have a serving of frozen yogurt with the black version in my hand. Yeah, you didn't hear wrong. This is yogurt, not ice cream. Of course, from the differences in these ingredients, we can expect more health benefits from the dish itself.
Compared to ice cream in general, which usually uses a lot of milk and cream and various other high-calorie toppings, yogurt is actually healthier, but people still find it difficult to accept yogurt for delicious desserts. It seems like it's just a matter of not being used to it.
So actually, yogurt is the right choice for those of you who want to get health benefits but still want to enjoy delicious desserts.
This time I will share about my favorite frozen yogurt which I always take the time to buy it if I am in a city where the brand's outlet is available.
I bought a portion of Black Frozen Yogurt at a mall in Medan, with the brand Sour Sally. This brand is my favorite for frozen yogurt which is only available in big malls in Medan city. It's about 40 km away from the city I live in. So I can't always get this frozen yogurt at random because the travel time to this brand's outlet is quite far.
Black Frozen Yogurt By Sour Sally
The Sour Sally brand provides two types of frozen yogurt, namely Black Sakura Frozen Yogurt which is made from charcoal ingredients, and White Skim Frozen Yogurt which is made from selected milk that does not contribute to the fat that can affect a person's obesity. It's a good choice, especially for girls, right?
Sour Sally boldly displays the selling point “it's fit, not fat. Indeed, it is quite pricey around IDR 55,000 / $3.9 for a serving of frozen yogurt with the smallest cup size with only two toppings. If you want to add more toppings, the price is adjusted according to the addition of these toppings.
Matcha Sauce With Coconut Flakes Topping
In my previous post, I also discussed about Black Frozen Yogurt. It's just different toppings. I had no luck this time because I didn't manage to get my favorite topping.
My favorite topping is actually the taro latte. However, because it was out of stock, I finally chose matcha topping. And for other mixed toppings, I chose fragrant coconut flakes, also crunchy and crunchy in texture.
The matcha sauce became frozen when it was splashed on the surface of Black Frozen Yogurt. The taste is a bit bitter from the matcha. But that can be balanced with the basic taste of the whole black frozen yogurt which is sour and sweet.
Coupled with the coconut flakes topping that makes Black Frozen Yogurt rich in texture and has a delicious smell!
However, if I had a choice, I would prefer a taro latte which is sweeter and more fragrant than when using matcha sauce.
How about you guys? Have you ever tried Black Frozen Yogurt before? It's worth a try even though it sounds pricey. But that enjoyment is never limited by price. Once the delicious taste hits your tongue, you will be addicted no matter whether the price is cheap or expensive.
