Hello my friends, I am here in the community again, to bring you a very simple cookie preparation with few ingredients. Today I wanted to prepare these cookies, since I wanted to eat a snack in the afternoon and what better way than to prepare them at home and enjoy as a family, so below I show you how I prepare it.

Hola mis amigos, de nuevo estoy por aquí en la comunidad, para traerles una preparación de galletas muy sencilla y con pocos ingredientes. Hoy quise preparar estas galletas, ya que estaba antojado de comer una merienda por las tardes y que mejor que prepararlas en casa y disfrutar en familia, así que a continuación les muestro como lo prepare.

Ingredients

📌 Wheat flour 250 gr

📌 Sugar 100 gr

📌 Butter 100 gr

📌 1 egg

📌 1 tbsp vanilla

Ingredientes

📌 Harina de trigo 250 gr

📌 Azúcar 100 gr

📌 Mantequilla 100 gr

📌 1 huevo

📌 1 cda de vainilla

Take the sugar and the butter mix until you get a homogeneous mixture with the dissolved sugar.

Tome el azúcar y la mantequilla mezcle hasta que obtuviera una mezcla homogénea con el azúcar disuelta.

For this step, already with the cream of mind, add the egg along with the vanilla and mix until everything is integrated.

Para este paso ya con la mentequilla cremada, agregamos el huevo junto con la vainilla y mezclamos hasta integrar todo.

We continue with the next step, which will be to integrate the flour until we obtain a compact dough to be able to mold it in the desired way.

Continuamos con el siguiente paso que será el integrar la harina hasta que obtengamos un masa compacta para poder moldearla de la forma deseada.

Now is the fun part, which is to shape our cookies, in this step I wanted to add some chocolate bars that here in Venezuela we call dandy are very tasty similar to M&M

Ahora toca la parte divertida, que es darle forma a nuestra galletas, en este paso quise agregarle unas pastillas de chocolate que aquí en Venezuela le decimos dandy son muy sabrosos parecidos a los M&M

Then we take it to the oven at a preheated 180⁰c for 18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. After that baking time, the result is the following.

Luego la llevamos al horno a ya precalentado a 180⁰c por 18 minutos o hasta tener los bordes dorados. Pasado ese tiempo de horneado el resultado es el siguiente.
