Tso's Chickpeas & Veggies 🥦🥕🌽

Hello hivers,
Today I'm going to share about one of my favourite vegetable diet for breakfast and it is Chickpeas & Veggies.This is one of the best veggie food for vegans. Sometimes I love to be a vegan😂.

Most of them think that these are completely fried but actually it is partially friedfried. The much it is raw the much it is healthier💪.

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame oil
  • Soya sauce
  • Vegetable broth
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Plane tomato paste
  • Cornstarch

Preparation

Boil the water

Saute garlic and ginger then add the rest of the ingredients together then wisk it well for 5 minutes.

When it is cool it becomes thicker.

Stir Fry

Now we are going to stir fry. For that we take

  • Brocoli
  • Red pepper and
  • Chickpeas.


Other things we need to add is

  • Sauce
  • Rice and
  • Garlic.
    Saute some garlic and onions.

Then add long cooking vegetables along with it.


Then add chickpeas


Add sauce and stir it for few minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
Now we can mix it together and served in a plate.


Wooh... 😍Now it's ready to eat our delicious veggie breakfast. Hope u guys will try this at home. Enjoy it as I do. Thank you. 😇
