PROCEDIMIENTO

PASO 1
STEP 1
Vamos a retirar la cascara de la papa y a picar en cubos pequeños, vertemos en una olla con agua y llevamos a hervir hasta que este bien blanda la papa, no al dente sino un poco mas suave.

Retiramos del agua la papa, llevamos a un bol donde con ayuda de un machacador o en su defecto un tenedor vamos a aplastar la papa.

Agregamos la mantequilla y seguimos aplastando, la leche la agregaremos poco a poco dependiendo de la textura que deseemos si lo deseas mas suave debes ir agregando mas leche hasta que todo quede integrado. Agregamos sal al gusto y listo.
Add the butter and continue mashing, add the milk little by little depending on the texture you want if you want it softer you must add more milk until everything is integrated. Add salt to taste and ready.
