Juicy Carrot Cake simply tastes delicious

"Rüeblitorte" or carrot cake is a classic of Swiss cakes.

For a springform pan of about 24 cm Ø you need: 5 eggs, separate carefully, beat the egg to whites snow.

250 g of carrots first buy fresh in the market peeled and added finely grated.

Mix the egg yolks with 150 g sugar, a touch of salt and 2 tablespoons of water, add the lemon peel.

Mix everything together, add cinnamon and clove powder as well as 250g almonds sprinkle over it.

Bake at 180 C for 40-50 minutes and is ready to serve the delicious cake.
