Saludos Querida Comunidad!!!
English version
I bring you a delicious recipe for a chocolate brownie cake. The first time I tried this cake was at a friend's birthday party and the next birthday of my son, I asked him to teach it to me and it was equally delicious.
I will give you the ingredients for one cake if you want to make two to place one on top of the other as I show you in the post just double the ingredients.
Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar.
- 2 cups flour.
- 90 grams of cocoa powder.
- 2 teaspoons chemical yeast (baking powder).
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Wet ingredients:
- 2 large eggs.
- 3/4 cup coffee.
- 1 1/4 cup whole milk (liquid).
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (other than olive oil).
- 1/4 cup melted butter.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
For the filling:
- one can of condensed milk.
- one bar of confectioner's chocolate.
To decorate with meringue:
- 2 eggs.
- 1 cup sugar.
Strawberry jam:
- 200 grams of strawberries.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1 lemon.
We begin by sifting the flour. Do the same with the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix all the dry ingredients.
Now add the wet ingredients, the melted butter and the eggs and mix.
mix and add the milk.
Add the oil and coffee.
Mix well and add a little more flour according to the texture of the mixture.
By doubling the ingredients, I was able to make two cakes. Prick one of the cakes with a fork to place the filling. Place in the oven and bake at 250º for approximately 45 minutes. Place the mold on a metal tray to place it in the oven and prevent it from burning.
For the filling I cooked the chocolate in a bain-marie and added half a teaspoon of butter. When it melted, add the condensed milk and cook the mixture a little more.
For the meringue, I beat two eggs until they are like snow. I also cooked in a small saucepan a cup of sugar with a little water to make the syrup, it should thicken but keep its transparent color, let it cool a little and add it little by little to the beaten eggs, put it in a piping bag and start decorating.
For the strawberry jam, cut the strawberries into pieces and add a cup of sugar with a little water and add a lemon. Cook over low heat until it thickens. Let it cool. Then place the mixture on the cake.
And our delicious Torta is ready. I hope you can make it, especially for my hivers friends who have tried it and wanted to know how to prepare it.
