Saludos Querida Comunidad!!!
Esta vez les traigo un plato típico de la región de los llanos venezolanos "Pecho Calderiado".
Los ingredientes son:
- Pecho de res (pieza)
- 2 cabezas de ajo...
- 100 gramos de cilantro (el cilantro de monte es el ideal)
- 4 cucharadas de sal.
Lavamos la pieza completa
aplastar el ajo y colocarlo en el caldero
.Colocar la pieza y cocinar con el ajo.
Añade el cilantro.
Lo mejor es el cilantro llamado "cilantro de monte", que abunda en la región.
Añadir sal.
Añadir agua y dejar cocer hasta que se ablande, asegurándose de dejar suficiente caldo al retirar la pieza.
Retirar la pieza y cortarla en trozos.
Volver a ponerlo en el caldero y cocerlo durante 10 minutos, añadir un poco de ajo, cilantro y corregir la sal, con el resto del caldo a fuego lento.
Acompañar con yuca y ensalada y nuestro Pecho Calderiado está listo !!!
Este pecho calderiado fue una sorpresa para mi amiga @aleluzco en su cumpleaños número 50, con el apoyo de otros Hives @yerf2712 y @pedroerami y otros futuros integrantes de la comunidad de Hive que pronto compartirán con nosotros; estaba realmente delicioso.

Beef brisket in the boiler, an easy and delicious Llanero dish.
This time I bring you a typical dish from the Venezuelan plains region "Beef brisket in the boiler".
The ingredients are:
We wash the complete piece
Crush the garlic and place it in the cauldron.
Place the piece and cook with the garlic.
Add coriander.
The best is the coriander called " wild coriander" which is abundant in the region.
Add salt.
Add water and let it cook until it softens, making sure to leave enough broth when removing the piece.
Remove the piece and chop into pieces.
Put it back in the pot and cook it for 10 minutes, add some garlic, coriander and correct the salt, witpiecesst of the broth over low heat.
Serve with cassava and salad and Beef brisket in the boiler is ready!!
Beef brisket in the boiler was a surprise for my friend @aleluzco on her 50th birthday, with the support of other hives @yerf2712 and @pedroerami and other future members of the hive who will soon share with us; it was really delicious.
