Introducing "Paksiw na Galunggong" - A Favorite "Salt Water Fish" Dish (2 Steps Cooking)

Hello Foodies Bee Hive!

Today, I am going to introduce to you a favorite dish from my country called "Paksiw na Galunngong". This dish is everyone's favorite. It is easy to prepare and cook (cooking time is about 15 minutes).

This dish is characterized by its sour taste because of the use of vinegar as one of its main ingredients. This is also a very versatile dish because you can add some vegetables to it like what I am going to do today.

The variant that I am going to cook for today is the one with a snow cabbage. Aside from snow cabbage, you can add eggplant, bitter gourd, and finger pepper to it.

  • Blue Mackerel Scad
  • Snow cabbage
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Vinegar (180-200 ml)
