Greetings Foodies Bee Hive!

Here I am again sharing with you one of our signature dishes called "Inabraw na Upo". This dish mainly consists of bottle gourd hence the name Inabraw na Upo.

Inabraw is actually a dish that mainly consists of a combination of vegetables cooked with fish sauce. Without the fish sauce, it will not be called Inabraw.

This dish is one of the best when it comes to nutrition because it is an all-vegetable dish that is sometimes combined with fried fish or fried pork.
