Para ésta deliciosa receta necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
- Una taza de agua.
- Una taza de harina de trigo.
- Azúcar.
- 80 gr de Mantequilla.
- Un Huevo.
- Canela.
- Chocolate 🍫.
For this delicious recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- One cup of water.
- One cup of wheat flour.
- Sugar.
- 80 gr of butter.
- One egg.
- Cinnamon.
- Chocolate 🍫.
¡LLEGÓ LA HORA DE COCINAR!
¡IT'S TIME TO COOK!
Coloca a hervir una taza de agua y allí mismo vierte los 80 gr de Mantequilla, remueve hasta que la misma se disuelva completamente.
Boil a cup of water and pour the 80 grams of butter in it, stir until it dissolves completely.
Agrega dos cucharadas de azúcar blanca y una taza de harina, remueve con la paleta toda la mezcla hasta crear una masa.
Add two tablespoons of white sugar and one cup of flour, stir with the paddle all the mixture until a dough is formed.
Retira la olla de la estufa y agrega un huevo a la mezcla para que la masa quede manejable.
Remove the pan from the stove and add an egg to the mixture to make the dough manageable.
Coloca una boquilla con forma de estrella en una de las puntas de una bolsa plástica y vierte la masa dentro de la misma.
Place a star-shaped nozzle on one end of a plastic bag and pour the batter into the bag.
Presiona la manga, hasta que salga la masa en forma de churros y con ayuda de un cuchillo vas cortando según el tamaño deseado, dentro de la sartén.
Press the piping bag until the dough comes out in the shape of churros and with the help of a knife cut the dough according to the desired size into the pan.
Cuando los churros estén dorados, retiralos de la sartén 🍳, y pásalos por azúcar y canela.
When the churros are golden brown, remove them from the pan 🍳, and dredge them in sugar and cinnamon.
Y así quedan estos ricos churros, acompañados de una buena taza de café ☕.
And this is how these delicious churros are served with a good cup of coffee ☕.
