Hola familia de hive, bienvenidos a este nuevo blog, hoy me uno a esta iniciativa que promociona @miriannalis a través de #NaturalMedicine aceptando la invitación hecha por la amiga @lisbethseijas, donde nos pide que hablemos un poco sobre La Espiritualidad, este tema el cual para mi, significa hablar sobre ese espíritu que todos en este planeta tierra poseemos, es nuestra esencia como ser humano. Toda persona espiritual se manifiesta de distintas maneras, y aquí en pocas palabras veremos como manifestar nuestra espiritualidad.

Hello hive family, welcome to this new blog, today I join this initiative that promotes @miriannalis through #NaturalMedicine accepting the invitation made by the friend @lisbethseijas, where she asks us to talk a little about Spirituality, this topic which for me, means talking about that spirit that everyone on this planet earth possesses, it is our essence as a human being. Every spiritual person manifests in different ways, and here in a few words we will see how to manifest our spirituality.
1) ¿Qué es la espiritualidad para ti? // What is spirituality for you?
La espiritualidad en cada persona es diferente, pues no todas la manifiestan de igual manera, ese espíritu que todos llevamos es el que nos ayuda a reconciliarnos con Dios a través de su palabra, de nuestra comunión, es la esencia que nos nutre y nos da paz, es la que calma nuestra alma, es la energía de luz que llevamos y si verdaderamente somos espirituales entonces podemos transmitirla a otras personas.
Spirituality in each person is different, because not everyone manifests it in the same way, that spirit that we all carry is what helps us to reconcile with God through his word, through our communion, it is the essence that nourishes us and gives us peace, it is what calms our soul, it is the energy of light that we carry and if we are truly spiritual then we can transmit it to other people.
2) ¿Cómo experimentas la espiritualidad? // How do you experience spirituality?
Mi espiritualidad la puedo experimentar por medio de mi Fe, buscando cada día mas a ese ser que mora en mi, (Dios) por medio de la oración y nuestra comunión con nosotros mismos podemos entrar en esa intimidad, no todos la experimentan de la misma manera, otros buscan lugares donde reine la tranquilidad, sin que nadie les moleste, allí y por medio de su concentración pueden conectarse y estar espiritualmente en paz con nosotros mismos. Debemos saber que la espiritualidad no se hace, se adquiere, si perdonamos, tendremos paz en nuestro corazón y nuestra alma se libera de toda fuente negativa que pueda estar en contra de nuestro yo interior. Debemos experimentar todos los días esa espiritualidad, siendo mas positivos, de mente abierta y mantener esa esencia que esta en nosotros.
I can experience my spirituality through my faith, seeking more and more each day that being that dwells in me, (God) through prayer and our communion with ourselves we can enter into that intimacy, not everyone experiences it in the same way, others seek places where tranquility reigns, without anyone disturbing them, there and through their concentration they can connect and be spiritually at peace with ourselves. We must know that spirituality is not made, it is acquired, if we forgive, we will have peace in our heart and our soul is freed from any negative source that may be against our inner self. We must experience every day that spirituality, being more positive, open minded and keep that essence that is in us.
3) ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia mística? // Have you had any mystical experience?
Creo que una experiencia mística es aquello como decimos nosotros lo espiritual contra lo terrenal, y para ser sincera he tenido algunas pero en mi quedo grabada una en especial, recuerdo una noche cuando ya estábamos acostados, mi abuela paterna rezaba y mientras lo hacia encendieron la luz, mi abuela la apago y nuevamente la volvieron a encender, desde mi cama vi como una silueta blanca pasaba a través de la ventana , todos nos miramos, terminamos y a dormir, pero al amanecer nos llamaron diciendo que una tía estaba muriendo, viajamos y cuando llegamos a su lecho ella nos miro, sonrió y dijo ¡Se asustaron anoche,! y después de decirlo murió. Luego de pasar todo les contamos a mi papa y nos dijo, ella quería vernos antes de morir.

4) ¿Quién es un maestro espiritual para ti? // Who is a spiritual master for you?
Para mi un maestro espiritual es ese ser que siempre esta allí para ayudarnos, en este caso Dios es mi gran maestro espiritual, porque es El que nos da aliento, nos despierta el alma y hace vibrar todo nuestro ser, ahora en el plano terrenal un maestro espiritual puede ser cualquier persona que nos comprenda, que nos ayude a alcanzar nuestra espiritualidad de la manera mejor posible, no todos los seres humanos profesan una espiritualidad sincera, muchas son las religiones que viven de esto haciéndose llamar maestro, en este plano terrenal todo Pastor de iglesia, bien sea cristiana, católicas o evangélicas puede ser llamado un maestro espiritual, porque son los encargados de dirigir un redil, o rebaño a alcanzar ese mundo espiritual, son ellos los que dirigen las distintas iglesia por medio de sus doctrinas.
For me a spiritual master is that being who is always there to help us, in this case God is my great spiritual master, because he is the one who gives us breath, awakens our soul and makes our whole being vibrate, now on the earthly plane a spiritual master can be any person who understands us, who helps us to reach our spirituality in the best possible way, Not all human beings profess a sincere spirituality, there are many religions that live from this, calling themselves masters, in this earthly plane every Pastor of a church, whether Christian, Catholic or Evangelical can be called a spiritual master, because they are in charge of leading a flock, or herd to reach that spiritual world, they are the ones who lead the different churches through their doctrines.
5) ¿Qué práctica recomendaría para lograr una conexión o desarrollo espiritual? // What practice would you recommend to achieve spiritual connection or development?
Les diría que practicaran el Perdón, el Amor al prójimo,de esta manera viviríamos en un mundo donde todo sea armonía, felicidad, alcanzaríamos lo que llamamos la esencia de la vida, porque si perdonamos, demostramos amor hacia los demás todo lo bueno y lo esperado llegara a nosotros, también podría decirles que por medio de algún ejercicio, una practica de meditación, puede ser la yoga, ella nos transporta a otra dimensión, deberíamos aprender a llevar una vida donde todo sea lleno de agradecimiento, honestidad con nosotros mismos, esto ayuda a liberar la mente y nos mantiene apegado al mundo espiritual que muchos desean tener.
I would tell them to practice Forgiveness, Love for others, in this way we would live in a world where everything is harmony, happiness, we would reach what we call the essence of life, because if we forgive, we show love towards others, everything good and expected will come to us, I could also tell you that through some exercise, a meditation practice, it could be yoga, it transports us to another dimension, we should learn to lead a life where everything is full of gratitude, honesty with ourselves, this helps to free the mind and keeps us attached to the spiritual world that many wish to have.
6) ¿Qué impacto tiene una vida espiritual en sus procesos de curación? // What impact does a spiritual life have on your healing processes?
Diria que mucho, gracias a estos procesos muchas personas han sido curadas de sus enfermedades. Este medio de curación ha sido de gran ayuda en los países donde se practica la espiritualidad como medicina, si utilizamos alma, vida y corazón en esos procesos de curación por medio de la meditación, la relajación, la concentración y sobre todo la Fe que si se puede mejorar nuestra calidad de vida. He visto como personas que han sido diagnosticadas con enfermedades incurables y por medio de este proceso hayan podido mejorar y curarse, todo es posible si podemos creer.
I would say a lot, thanks to these processes many people have been cured of their illnesses. This means of healing has been of great help in countries where spirituality is practiced as medicine, if we use soul, life and heart in these healing processes through meditation, relaxation, concentration and above all the faith that if we can improve our quality of life. I have seen how people who have been diagnosed with incurable diseases and through this process have been able to improve and heal, everything is possible if we can believe.
Amigo lector espero que mi corto enfoque, de como mi espiritualidad y comunión con seres espirituales han ayudado mucho a mi vida les haya sido de su interés. Recordando que si necesitamos de ese empujón para llegar a lo máximo de nuestro espíritu debemos ser seres de corazones limpios, dispuestos a tener un encuentro con el mundo espiritual.
