Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. There has constantly been a battle between traditional herbal medicine and orthodox medicine. The former has been perpetually condemned to be unhealthy, lack appropriate monitoring and regulation by health agencies and many more other reasons. We are beginning to forget that these herbal medicines are the only medicine our fore fathers had during their lifetime and they lived without complications from these medicines. Well, sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.

Since the introduction of pharmaceutical drugs and products to us we have turned our eyes away from the immense benefit of our traditional herbal medicine. Pharmaceutical companies have also been spearheading campaigns against the use of herbal products telling the world about its disadvantages so that they can have more sales of their own modern medicine which uses some of this herbal medicine as a base of their products.

Herbal medicine known as agbo or gbogbonise is quite effective for battling typhoid, malaria, waist pain, rheumatism, dysentery and the likes. The result of these mixture can be felt within minutes of gulping them unlike orthodox drugs that you've got to take several doses and it may not even completely heal you. The mixture are always bitter and this is because they are made from nature - leaves, barks of specific trees etc.

In addition, apart from the fact that agbo is quite affordable and easy to purchase, there is also low risk of purchasing a fake, expired or adulterated one. In fact, most of these leaves and tress used for herbal medicine are around us. Some of them only need to be cooked for a while and some is just to extract the juice out of the leaves and drink. With this you are sure of what you are consuming and there is no fear of taking fake drugs.

However, herbal medicine can have side effects if they are consumed in excess. Too much everything is bad, right? It's also applicable to herbal medicines.

Herbs are nature's gift to man and it can not be paralleled with man's creation of mixing one or two together as a result of the invention of science. The two of them definitely have their merits and demerits, no doubts. The major thing is to live a healthy lifestyle and stay healthy.
