Indonesia have so many traditional drink who was become an traditional medicine. One of them is called Djamu. It is such herbs who are made from natural ingredients such as roots, bark, flowers, seeds, leaves, and fruits.

Djamu is also believed to be a drink to increase stamina, antibodies, and as a vitamin for the body.
In the pandemic, Djamu would be alternative to make strong immune system. Djamu is very good for consumption every day. In Indonesia so many djamu seller called Mbok djamu, who's worn a traditional kebaya cloth, carries bamboo baskets, containing jamu bottles on its back, traveling around villages and city alleys.
But, if you are not found Mbok Djamu there is nothing wrong if you make it yourself. One of Djamu who was easy to made is Tamarind Turmeric.
Tamarind Turmeric Djamu is the most favorite djamu. Tamarind Turmeric Djamu** has several health benefits such as:

How to Make Tamarind Turmeric
Ingredients
50 grams turmeric (already peeled)
50 grams of Tamarind
100 grams sugar
100 grams of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
1.5 liters of water

How to Make
Step 1
Grate turmeric, set aside. You also can used the blender. Put all turmeric to the blender tube and add the water.
Step 2
Boil water with turmeric and tamarind, use medium heat. Mix well.
Step 3
After boiling, add sugar and brown sugar. Wait for it to boil.
Step 4
Serve.
Tamarind Turmeric Djamu are best consumed when they are hot or warm. You can also store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it everyday like any other cold drink. This Djamu is very delicious.
