I recently got to offer an online zoom class as an introduction to the "Awakening the Illuminated Heart" workshop that I offer online and in Oregon. I recorded it and am sharing it here, its a great overview of the full 4 day intensive which is the work of Drunvalo Melchizedek. This workshop helps people remember who they REALLY are, by helping them connect with their Higher Self, open their 3rd eye, heal trauma around the heart, learn to access the sacred space of the heart, learn to live and create reality from the unity of the heart instead of from the duality of the mind, activate their Lightbody (MerKaBa) and more. so I will share that as my intro video at this time.

I am devoted to authenticity, honesty and integrity. I passionately seek out what is real, genuine and has depth, for that is where I find beauty. I am interested in opening my heart and living aligned with my highest virtue on this wild ride called life. The forest is my church and laughter & making music is my prayer. ........ I am into being super healthy- physically and energetically, and am drawn to the pulse of vitality, authenticity, spiritual and personal growth, creativity, compassion for animals, sober lucid clarity and JOY in others.
I am a certified Gong Practitioner (through Gong Master Metab Bentons school) a certified Holistic Health coach, (through the Institute For Integrative Nutrition) a certified teacher for Drunvalo Melchizedek's School of Remembering, a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher, a Musician and Sound Healer.a metaphysical workshop facilitator and a musician. I am a trance vocalist and Handpan player. I also offer private soundbath and sound healing sessions and public events. I offer handpan lessons. I am occasionally a Butoh dancer. I am an animal welfare advocate. I host a page called Dance Walk PDX and host occasional super fun dance walks around Portland. I am a "clean and healthy living" vegan. I am a weirdo, a Pleiadian transplant, a systems buster, a renegade member of the family of light, forest lover, barefoot opportunist, permission slip granter. I resonate with Ancient Egypt and especially the Hathors and I think this beautiful prison planet is pretty much crazy town.
I am here to be in service to Love, Ascension, opening the heart, all things beautiful and to joyfully play whatever part I can in the process of Spiritual Remembering at this amazing and transitional time.
I am 51 years old, and all my life I have been answering the call to go deeper. I have spent my years pursuing truth, clarity, service, musicianship and performance art, healthy living, Reiki, Sound Healing, and exploring every path that would bring me to the next level of Heart opening and understanding. In my 20's I spent a lot of time meditating in ashrams in India and have always explored various spiritual traditions and have passion for Metaphysical and Consciousness research. Every turn of the road has brought me insights and precious gifts. I am constantly seeking out new and accessible ways to learn to live fully in our hearts and to connect with the energies of Ascension.
I love inspiring and supporting people who are ready to shift, whether with their health, nutrition, spiritual landscape or into living more fully from the heart.
