B.K.S. Iyengar
"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul." B.K.S. Iyengar
Meditation has many terms and in each culture they practice it differently, I believe that in the end the goal is the same: to find ourselves and remember who we are.
There are moments in life that we do not find meaning in existing, moments where living is overwhelming, either because of concerns, responsibilities,
Or maybe as sometimes happens to me, you live more in the future than in the present.
or sometimes more in the past than in the present.
And then we lose our lives without being really present,
without enjoying existence itself
There is where the constant practice of yoga in conjunction with meditation are magical, they make life more bearable, fuller, more self-esteem and in the same way with everything that surrounds us. Little by little we discover within ourselves the true essence of the soul. The consciousness of the Self is expanding, we are more grateful to all our surroundings, we are even grateful to breathe, for having another day of learning and experiences.
