Hola amigos y familia de esta hermosa comunidad de hive,gracias a Dios por los dias que nos regala,hoy les voy hablar de esta hermosa planta Acalypha hispida.
Esta planta es un arbusto frondoso de tallos blandos con flores de color rojo encendido,hojas grandes ovaladas de color verde brillante, con su nombre cientifico alcalypha hispida que tengo en mi jardin,perteneciente a la familia euphorbiaceae, de orden malpighiales,tambien se le conoce como chenilla francesa,oruga peluda,hebras aterciopeladas, moco de pavo, rabo de gato, en fin se conoces con muchos nombre,la textura y aspecto son chenillas con mechones suaves, posee una altura de un metro y medio de altura,se utiliza como una planta ornamental para adornar los jardines de las casas,plazas,parques,etc.
Les puedo decir que las abuelitas la utilizan como medicina casera por que curaban la enfermedad llamada lepra,gonorrea ,diarrea,problemas pulmonares,tambien sirve como expectorante para el asma y la tos,catarros,mordedura de reptiles,acne,problemas renales,cancer, intoxicaciones,el modo en que la preparan es un te de las flores y hojas,colocan algunas flores y hojas a hervir,luego se consume como te tres veces al dia y al dia siguiente ya vera la mejoria.

This plant is a leafy shrub with soft stems with bright red flowers, large bright green oval leaves, with its scientific name alcalypha hispida that I have in my garden, belonging to the euphorbiaceae family, of the order Malpighiales, it is also known such as French chenille, hairy caterpillar, velvety strands, turkey mucus, cat's tail, in short they are known by many names, the texture and appearance are chenille with soft tufts, it has a height of one and a half meters in height, it is used as an ornamental plant to decorate the gardens of houses, squares, parks, etc.
I can tell you that the grandmothers use it as home medicine because they cured the disease called leprosy, gonorrhea, diarrhea, lung problems, it also serves as an expectorant for asthma and coughs, colds, reptile bites, acne, kidney problems, cancer, intoxications, the way they prepare it is a tea of flowers and leaves, they put some flowers and leaves to boil, then it is consumed as tea three times a day and the next day you will see the improvement.
