  • Spices: Seasoning seeds for soup, salt, fish sauce.

Making:

Step 1: To get rid of the fishy smell of the pig's tail is very important because it will affect the taste of the whole dish if we eliminate the fishy smell completely. Rinse them with salt, then rinse with clean water. Then cook a pot of boiling water and add to it 2 slices of ginger, boil for 3-5 minutes. Then let dry.

Step 4: Add 1.5 litres of water to medium heat, add carrots and cook for 20 minutes, then continue to add the root vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes, finally add baby cauliflower for 2 minutes. kitchen.
