Eso hay que agradecérselo, en parte, a Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, ambos directores de esta cinta humor negro y sangre fresca. La cacería de una familia millonaria contra la recién casada y condenada Grace, impulsará todo un mundo de sobrevivencia. Por un lado, la estirpe que hizo un pacto demoniaco, como quizás hacen las familias ricachonas, que puede terminar matándolos si no terminan por sacrificar a la novia. Una vida por más dinero, con la educada salvedad de que la presa matrimoniada puede huir de quienes pretenden aniquilarla. **Ready or Not** no necesita que te enamores de nadie, literalmente. Esta es una cuestión de correr o matar o ser matado, en el propio terreno del enemigo, con reglas bastante desfavorables. La paradoja de los millonarios oscuros envuelve una trama bastante entretenida. Esperas que la familia de locos pierda, pero tampoco es tan fácil. Si te gustan las bodas, esta película te ayudará a ver las bodas de una forma diferente: a veces, la familia de alguno de los novios suele ser jodida. A life for more money, with the polite caveat that the married prey can flee from those who seek to annihilate her. > >**Ready or Not** doesn't need you to fall in love with anyone, literally. This is a matter of run or kill or be killed, on the enemy's own turf, with rather unfavorable rules. The paradox of obscure millionaires wraps up a pretty entertaining plot. You expect the crazy family to lose, but it's not that easy either. If you like weddings, this movie will help you see weddings in a different light: sometimes, the family of one of the bride and groom is usually screwed up. Situaciones crudas se presentan con humor y sarcasmo: esto fue lo que más me gustó de la película. Grace es la chica inocente que, sí o sí, tendrá que ponerse las pilas de supervivencia para escapar, con el traje de novia puesto, de la familia del novio que se ha armado con toda clase de artefactos mortales. Los Le Domas parecen estar acostumbrados a la masacre, incluso los más pequeños de dicha familia. Nadie puede estar en desacuerdo porque si lo hacen, mueren, según, de la peor forma posible. Los tratos no pueden violarse, todavía más cuando se ofrece un sacrificio a cambio. De alguna manera, el precio debe pagarse. La cacería de los Le Domas es, por tradición, una desafortunada realidad para los enamorados. ¿Podrá Grace liberarse del cuchillo? El asunto aquí va más allá de eso. Cuando una persona se quiebra, el amor desaparece. El mensaje va directo a los enamorados del nuevo siglo: a los amores que nacen por una necesidad de alguna de las partes. Los matrimonios pueden convertirse, entonces, en un inferno; en un desolladero. No sé por qué, pero la película me recordó a Diana de Gales, al menos literalmente, (XD). >**[ENG]** >The trifecta is sinister and intelligent. Crude situations are presented with humor and sarcasm: this is what I liked most about the film. Grace is the innocent girl who, come hell or high water, will have to put on her survival batteries to escape, with her wedding dress on, from the groom's family who have armed themselves with all sorts of deadly artifacts. The Le Domas seem to be used to massacre, even the youngest members of the family. No one can disagree because if they do, they die, according to them, in the worst possible way. Deals cannot be violated, even more so when a sacrifice is offered in return. Somehow, the price must be paid. > >The Le Domas hunt is, by tradition, an unfortunate reality for lovers. Will Grace be able to free herself from the knife? The issue here goes beyond that. When a person breaks, love disappears. The message goes straight to the lovers of the new century: to loves that are born out of a need for one of the parties. Marriages can become, then, a hell; a skinning place. Mirarás una explosión de locura, en buenos términos, desde luego. Me encantó Samara Weaving en su papel de Grace. Tan desproporcionada, con esos ojos bien abiertos y a la vez, con un rostro de picardía y peligro. Un poco de ella va con aquel título de "duro de matar". Las novias fuertes terminan por vencer cuando los novios, son unos desgraciados sin escrúpulos. Puede ser al revés también.
