Collect adequate amount of passion fruit. It's depends upon how much squash we need to prepare.
Slice them and pull out the pulp from the fruit to a vessel.

Then we need to sperate all these seeds from the vessel. So by using a strainer. It's consumes a bit time but this is a very necessary step.

After removing the seeds boil the pan. Sufficient amount of sugar must be added in this stage I have added 7 - 8 table spoon of sugar. I will vary with respect to the amount of squash.

We can also add lime juice at this time to improve the taste.
We should keep the pan for 10 - 15min in the flame.

It should be properly cooled before using.
Full it in a glass by 1/4 and rest by water or ice.
Passion fruit have a lot to do with our health so it is good to drink in summer days.
