This is entry on plant power cooking challenge.
The main ingredients are:
Cabbage
Onion
chilly
Lemon
Clean the cabbage and slice it into small pieces. It should be very small in size.
Later prepare the Onion, Curry leaf and Chilly. The amount of all these depends on our wish. But always keep it in a medium range. A very small amount of mustard can also be used.
Place the sliced ingredients with in pepper powder, Salt, Turmeric powder and Vegetable masala to the pan with boiled oil.
While the colour of Onion changes to slight brown mix it with the Cabbage.
Cook it for 7-8 minutes in a medium flame.
Sever it in a plate and pour the lime juice on it.
