Honestly speaking, I understand how easy it is for people to neglect relationships because of how busy their lives are. But then, no matter how busy we are, we should also understand the importance of close connection to our well-being. For you to grow and also keep a close relationship with others you must try to give it your time and energy.

Structure your timing very well, there should be a certain time you should dedicate to your loved once in other for you to better work on your relationships. We all have different social needs and you just have to figure out what your needs are and invest time in building that social life for yourself.

Take a moment to ask yourself this, are you spending enough time with those persons in your life that are dear to you, I mean you guys are having enough face to face time with each other? What effort are you putting to help keep your relationship with your friends and family flowing? If you can't give yourself a honest response after asking yourself that, then you should try to spend more time to give yourself some Social Self-Care.

How you connect with your Spiritual side definitely is different from how I connect with mine, I don't know if it's meditation or if it's you getting involved in religious activities or even praying, but whatever way that works best for you, it's important for you to know that Spiritual Self-Care is good for you.
