Greetings to all Hivers! Welcome to another edition of Tuesday's Mindful Life Curation. Today marks the beginning of the Taurus season, and we're now entering a different vibration. While the context keeps beating in our ears, the call now is to reconnect with our bodies and the Earth in a more substantial, simple fashion. The posts in this column will hopefully inspire you to approach this shift of energy more productively, pleasurably and freely. Don't forget to upvote and comment on them!

I open this curation with this contribution by @rok-sivante whose reward time is almost up, but whose topic I find really important right now. He talks about his past dream to be a musical producer and how he's outgrown it, encouraging us to learn to let go of definitions of ourselves that no longer suit us, and life projects that we don't find fulfilling despite our original intentions. In short, to open to new ways of life!

In a similar note, my friend @selfhelp4trolls talks about an experience he recently had with a friend who has been clinging to a grudge for a decade, to the point that he can't remember the good times. This post is also an invitation to let go of our past perspectives and to process our emotions effectively in order to grow out of resentments that may easily hinder our progress.

Take a look at this amazing poem by @laurabell, where she opens up her feelings about the opinions and restrictions others, especially men, tend to impose on her and other women regarding their bodies, for their own convenience. No more, though! She's retaken rule over her bodily presence, over her pain and pleasure, and will suffer no one to trespass! This is a wonderful expression of self-assertion.

Appropriately, @constgaladriel also writes about her relationship with her body, but in a more active note related to physical training and her teaching experience in air acrobatics. Although she misses being with her friends and students, the main energy of this post is gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy the freedom of movement and the satisfaction in the pursuit of her passion.

To finish up this curation, I live you with some tips by @traciyork to take advantage of the Full Moon in Scorpio next Monday, April 26th.
