In the part 1 of The Anatomy of the Spiritual Body - Chakra System - Part 1 we learned about the 1st 3 Chakras of our Physical body, which are the lower chakras and they define majorly our quality of life in material terms.
Today let's learn about the other 4 Chakras.
- Heart Chakra - As the name says it, all about the matters of Heart. Located in the center of the chest facilitating Relationships, Forgiveness, Acceptance, Compassion, Love for one’s own-self and others. If this Chakra is overactive, one may display a behavior of inappropriate expression, poor emotional boundaries. If this is under active it will display a tough heart, ruthlessness, no emotions, heartless. At a physical level it is connected to the body parts Thymus, Heart, Liver, Lungs, Blood circulation and will give health issues like chest pain, heart disorders, blood related problems, blood pressure issues and breathing difficulties.
The color of the Heart Chakra is Green, and Green is the color for healing, unconditional love, self-love.
Also, the Heart chakra is the middle chakra and it is the important point of balance between the top 3 and the lower 3 chakras. Our Relationships get defined here.
- Throat Chakra - It is all about expression and communication, located in the throat. If this Chakra is overactive, one may display a behavior of hyper communication, hurtful communication, Controlling judgements. if this is under active it will display lack of expression, poor communication, unable to put across points, desire to speak and to be heard. At a physical level it is connected to Throat, Thyroid gland, upper lungs and will give health issues of throat, neck, vocal cord, upper spine. For those whose Throat Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra are perfectly in balance will be highly creative and you will find these people mostly in the field of Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre. The Singers have their Throat chakra perfectly in balance. It is the Chakra of expression, and hence one's inner voice of truth also comes from here. Being diplomatic, handling communication in relationships, the kind of words we use all matters here.
The color of this Chakra is blue. it is the color of calmness and serenity, and connects with our thoughts which flows out in the form of words.
- Third Eye Chakra - This Chakra is located at the center of the eyebrows on the forehead and it is all about our wisdom and intuition. Also called as our Spiritual Eye which wants to see and know the truth in all things. The pituitary gland is also connected with our Third Eye Chakra. When this Chakra is overactive the person can be highly egoistic, over analytical and over intellectual. When it is under active then you will find that person has unclear thoughts and poor concentration, memory. At a physical level it connects with the Lower part of the Brain, Left Eye, Nose, Ears and can give health issues like Migraine, Eye issues, Sinusitis.
The Sound to activate this Chakra is AUM, the sound of the Universe, the all-knowing.
The color of this Chakra is Indigo, which is again the color of the higher vibration and self-responsibility.
- Crown Chakra - This Chakra is located at the top of the head. You can call this Chakra as a direct connection to our Creator, the Creator of all that is. Our connection with our higher-self and the divine gets established here. It is all about our Spirituality, the values we possess and our whole existence gets defined here. The symbol of this Chakra is the 1000 petal lotus, the all-knowing wisdom.
When this Chakra is overactive the person can be highly spiritual and ignore physical body needs, over intellectual, and very rigid thoughts. When it is under active then you will find that person very confused and no connection to spirituality. Does not believe in any higher-self form. At a physical level it connects with Upper Brain, Right Eye, Pineal Gland and can give health issues like Alzheimer, Brain Tumor, Parkinson
When in perfect harmony and balance we understand Who we are and Why we are here. Enlightenment, Truth and Oneness transcends here. The Purpose of our life becomes crystal clear.
Each Chakra vibrates at a different frequency, slowest starting from the lower ones and highest at the top.
If the Third Eye and the Crown Chakra are activated while the lower chakras being imbalanced then this can leave a person very disoriented and the person will feel just out of place in this whole game of life.
The lower 3 chakras that are the root, sacral and solar chakra are all about elimination and the higher 3 chakras crown, third-eye and throat is all about accumulation and the center the heart chakra balances these 2 forces.
While the lower 3 chakras are connected to our physical world, the higher 3 chakras connect us with our spiritual world and when all of them are balanced and in perfect harmony, brings the awareness of we being spiritual beings living in the human body.
