Greetings friends in these times of pandemic, where we have been at home for more than a year I wanted to use my time in something productive and I have restarted my research in the things that I am passionate about and today I will tell you a little about it, it is also important that we all know the power of our mind, so today I present a science that many do not know: psychoneuroimmunology.
This term was introduced by psychologist Robert Ader in the late 1970s. Psychoneuroimmunology is understood as the science or branch of medicine that studies the interaction between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems of the human body.
Much research throughout history has proven the role of emotions in the onset and course of immune resistances, as well as in the outcome of many diseases, it is really fascinating to know how our mind can positively or negatively influence the course of a physical ailment.
It may be very difficult for us to believe that our mind can have the ability to make us sick or heal us; when three years ago a doctor told me this I thought she was crazy, because it was very difficult for me to understand how the human mind could modify a physical, tangible reality, but I lived it, I saw how the father of my daughter was sent home with practically no hope of life and little by little we began a deep work of connection with his body and he was evolving favorably against all odds.
This science states that as human beings we have the ability to talk to our body and make it obey us, when we talk to it in a loving way, we recognize and thank our body for its work for us, through an intimate connection with it, we can see really amazing results.
