Día número seis de la iniciativa acerca del Amor Propio! ✨ Después de tomar un día para hacer una publicación que tenía en mente, la cual me gustó muchísimo, he regresado para terminar antes del tiempo estipulado esta iniciativa, después de todo ya el mes de Febrero esta por terminar. En la publicación anterior les mostraba una carta de amor que me hice a mi misma como parte de esta iniciativa, mencioné que me gusto mucho hacerla y la estaré leyendo siempre que pueda, más que todo cuando más necesite palabras alentadoras.

Day six of the Self-Love initiative! After taking a day off to do a post I had in mind, which I really liked, I'm back to finish this initiative before the stipulated time, after all February is almost over. In the previous publication I showed you a love letter that I wrote to myself as part of this initiative, I mentioned that I really enjoyed writing it and I will be reading it whenever I can, especially when I need encouraging words.

En esta oportunidad nuevamente estaremos en la cocina, el día corresponde a: "Ten una cita contigo mismo en casa que involucre prepararte una cena y escuchar música suave". Me encanta estar en la cocina y cocinar para las personas, aunque me gusta mucho más cocinar para mi las cosas que más me gustan. Como esta es una cita me dedique a cocinar algo que no hago todos los días, para hacerlo mucho más especial.

This time again we will be in the kitchen, the day corresponds to: "Have a date with yourself at home that involves making yourself dinner and listening to soft music". I love being in the kitchen and cooking for people, although I love cooking for myself the things I like the most. Since this is a date I dedicated myself to cooking something I don't do every day, to make it that much more special.

Les confieso que he estado abandonando un poco el pan, me encanta pero comerlo muy seguido no es bueno, así que dedica comprar dos panes porque los extrañaba. Para acompañarlos estuve haciendo un guisado de calabacín, zanahoria y salchicha, condimentado con un poco de ajíes y cebolla. Lo estuve llevando al horno durante un breve instante para que se calentara y potenciara el sabor. Luego decidí que sería bueno acompañar esta cena con un "café con leche", no me gusta cenar muy pesado así que esto fue perfecto.

I confess that I have been abandoning bread a little bit, I love it but eating it too often is not good, so I decided to buy two loaves of bread because I missed them. To accompany them I was making a zucchini, carrot and sausage stew, seasoned with a little chili and onion. I put it in the oven for a short time to heat it up and enhance the flavor. Then I decided that it would be good to accompany this dinner with a "café con leche", I don't like to have a heavy dinner so this was perfect.

Para acompañar esta cita decidí colocar una Playlist de mis músicas favoritas de siempre, no soy de escuchar música suave pero algunas de estas tienen un ritmo más "tranquilo" y no tan agresivo como las demás. Me gustan estas canciones por su letra, la emoción que transmiten y lo fácil que se me hace identificarme con ella, es realmente genial, no pude escoger una mejor selección de músicas para el ambiente musical.

To accompany this date I decided to put on a Playlist of my all time favorite music, I am not one to listen to soft music but some of these have a "calmer" beat and not as aggressive as the others. I like these songs because of their lyrics, the emotion they transmit and how easy it is for me to identify with it, it's really great, I couldn't choose a better selection of music for the musical environment.

Finalmente me estuve sentando en la mesa de mi hogar, mientras escuchaba la selección de mis músicas favoritas y me relajaba un poco, un ambienta bastante romántico jajajaja, pensé en arreglarme para la ocasión pero estoy dejando mi piel descansar y nutriéndola con productos de skincare.

Finally I was sitting at the table at home, while listening to the selection of my favorite music and relaxing a bit, a very romantic atmosphere hahahaha, I thought about getting dressed up for the occasion but I'm letting my skin rest and nourishing it with skincare products.
