Greetings once again #plantbased chefs of the great Hive-o-sphere, it's @JustinParke here, @NaturalMedicine's Plant-Based Curator. I present you the latest Plant Power Cooking Challenge, a challenge which gives me a chance to highlight some of Hive's most delicious creations week in and week out. I give thanks for the opportunity to highlight and reward some of this blockchain's most delicious recipes. Week #11 has arrived, and with so have many delicious treats.

Every Thursday is a new challenge and new ingredients, of which you may use one or more to make in your recipe submission. Not only is this challenge published from this account, I also share the link within the Plant Power curation posted every Thursday via the main @NaturalMedicine account.

WEEK #11 - NO RHYME OR REASON 🤷‍♂️

      The ingredients I chose for week 11 popped into my mind totally at random. Some are new ingredients are new and some I've used before, but the most important thing is always to make this challenge accessible for everyone around the globe, hoping all of you have access to at least one of these ingredients no matter where you live.

I never want to make things too easy for you all because keeping a chef on his/her toes brings out the most creative and original recipes. Take a look at this week's list of ingredients and you'll see what I mean, because there are plenty of directions to go this week.

Vegan CBD Brownies | Boost mental health with food

     This recipe wowed me from beginning to end. Usually ganja/CBD infusions are made using butter, so those of us on #plantbased can't often eat cannabis treats made by friends. Well, this recipe is made using olive oil as the carrier, so no need to worry. These also aren't your average brownies, they've got roasted barley malt and roasted chicory root, among other also interesting ingredients.

WEEK #10 HONORABLE MENTIONS

     Chefs @chetanpadliya and @journeylife also presented some incredibly delicious dishes. The chocolate mousse cake looks so soft, creamy, and rich, and wouldn't last 5 minutes in my house. On the savory side, @journeylife's spread has much more than breaded tofu, it's actually a whole meal with several sides, definitely worth checking out.

     Not to be left out is @aswita's outstanding banana bread, which made it hard not to make this post a purely sweet tooth curation. @tegan.bellamine also shared a very tempting cocoa smoothie that I highly recommend you check out. Give thanks to all you talented chefs for taking part in this weekly challenge.

  • You can use any other ingredient you like, but one of the listed vegetables should be the feature of the dish.
  • You can use item(s) from the other column if you'd like to use a sweet in your savory or a savory in your sweet, but you must use at least one ingredient in the recommended flavor style.
  • No animal products can be used
  • Post in the Natural Medicine community and use any other tag such as #vegan, #plantbased, and #foodiesbeehive, as your secondary tags
