Hello and greetings!

@Alchemage here with a major request from the community. As some of you may know, I am working towards becoming a Naturopathic Doctor and am about to graduate with my Bachelors of Science in Integrated Health Studies before moving onto the ND program. Part of the requirements for graduating with my BSiHS is to complete what is called a Capstone project.

A Capstone project is meant to be a reflection and an accumulation of all that we have learned over the past two years of study. This project is designed by each individual student before being approved by the dean. As I already am in the midst of a major natural medicine project, I chose to focus on the Natural Medicine/LOTUS community.

With the help of the admin team, I have created a questionnaire that is completely anonymous and should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. The questions are all based around the community, the frontend, and the token - with optional demographics at the end. The information you provide will be analyzed by myself and the admin team in order to better construct the way we operate where needed and to bolster the supports the community finds most useful.
