La espera ha dado sus frutos [ESP-ENG]

Hola mis queridos amigos, hoy quiero presentarles el fruto de años de arduo trabajo que con gran alegría y satisfacción puedo ver hoy. Se trata de mi cosecha de aguacate, una fruta con un sinfín de beneficios para nuestro organismo y que se puede ver en casi todos los platos por su alto contenido en grasas saludables que son realmente muy necesarias para nuestro cuerpo.

Hello my dear friends, today I want to present the fruit of years of hard work that with great joy and satisfaction I can see today. This is my avocado crop, a fruit with endless benefits for our body and that can be seen in almost every dish for its high content of healthy fats that are really very necessary for our body.

Su nombre científico es Persea americana, una fruta que para ser sinceros lleva tiempo, hasta más de cinco años, desde que sembramos la semilla hasta que obtenemos la primera cosecha, pero realmente toda esa espera siempre valdrá la pena. Cabe mencionar que los meses para cosechar esta fruta en Venezuela son entre julio y octubre. Como pueden ver esta vez tuve una hermosa cosecha y fue realmente con mucha alegría que me dispuse a recogerlas del árbol.

Its scientific name is Persea americana, a fruit that to be honest takes time, up to more than five years, since we sow the seed until we get our first harvest, but really all that waiting will always be worth it. It is worth mentioning that the months to harvest this fruit in Venezuela are between July and October. As you can see this time I had a beautiful harvest and it was really with great joy that I set out to pick them from the tree.

En la recolección comencé desde el suelo para tomar los frutos más bajos con un palo largo y una bolsa en la punta y así evitar que se cayeran al suelo, en busca de los frutos más maduros tuve que subir al árbol, un tic que les puedo dar es tener mucho cuidado al hacerlo porque este árbol es muy quebradizo. La cosecha fue un éxito porque esta vez sólo me llevé 32 aguates y representó cerca del 30% de toda la cosecha de un solo árbol.

In the collection I started from the ground to take the lowest fruits with a lagar stick and a bag at the tip and thus prevent them from falling to the ground, in search of the ripest fruits I had to climb the tree, a tic that I can give you is to be very careful when doing so because this tree is very brittle. The harvest was a success because this time I only took 32 aguates and it represented about 30% of the entire harvest of a single tree.

El aguacate es una fruta que se puede comer todos los días porque tiene gran cantidad energía y nutrientes, baja en colesterol y triglicéridos, una gran cantidad de potasio incluso más de lo que puede aportar el plátano, existen estudios que demuestran que previene el cáncer.

Bueno amigos mi recomendación es que si tienen donde plantar este rico fruto no duden en hacerlo, la espera siempre valdrá la pena, en mi caso cada fruto pesó 1, 4 kilogramos y midió casi 30 cm. Por eso todo lo que hagamos con amor y cariño siempre recibiremos la debida recompensa.
