Leche de avena
Avena en hojuelas
Procedimiento
- Procedemos a desmoldar
Banana chocolate and oatmeal cake, the rescue of a failed pancake
Hello Community! How are you doing this Sunday? It's Santiago's 9th birthday and I woke up with the intention of making some pancakes.
Sadly it turns out that the oil didn't help me and that was anything but pancake, I had all the dough left and I couldn't find what to do, so I decided to make a pancake.
And it turned out pretty good, here are the ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
2 Cambur
1/2 cup Oatmeal
2 tablespoons Cocoa
Oat milk
Oat flakes
Procedure
- First blend the camburs with the oat milk.
- Then add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Then add the oatmeal and the grated cocoa.
- When the mixture is ready, add the oat flakes and mix very little.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
- It will be ready when we introduce a knife into the mixture and it comes out dry.
- We proceed to unmold
- Decorate with cocoa powder and it is ready to eat.
It is crunchy with the oatmeal, they have a mixture of texture ideal to eat one afternoon with coffee.
