Cuerpo, mente y salud
Hola queridos #Hivers y #NaturalMedicine. Les quiero comentar que, debido a esta nueva ola de pandemia en nuestro pa铆s, estos 煤ltimos d铆as me he sentido muy estresada, ansiosa y agobiada.
隆Acomp谩帽ame!
Materiales:
Deja fluir todas esas energ铆as negativas que nos agobian d铆a a d铆a.
Respira. Date tu tiempo. Disfruta el momento.

YOGA: BODY AND MIND CONNECTED
Body, mind and health
Hello dear #Hivers and #NaturalMedicine. I want to tell you that, due to this new wave of pandemic in our country, these last few days I have been feeling very stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.
Stress is a feeling of tension produced by problems, overload of activities or any random situation and it makes us feel nervous, annoyed or frustrated, which translates into anxiety in most cases.
However, I feel very fortunate because I live in an area that is quiet and with lots of greenery, so to relax and take care of me, I took my mat (yoga mat) and went up to the park that is inside the development to practice some yoga postures that I want to share with you.
Remember that the practice of yoga, as well as any physical activity, de-stresses us and activates the famous hormone of happiness (endorphin), which gives us that feeling of peace and makes us feel good in body and mind.
So if you are overwhelmed with the day to day, take a break and take a day to do some meditation: ommmmmmmmmmmmm.
Join me!
Materials:
You only need a mat and a free space where you can relax. If possible in contact with nature. Feeling the breeze on your face and breathing fresh air is priceless and a plus in relaxation.
Warm up
Remember that before doing any physical activity you should warm up. I did a walk of about 1 km from my residence to the park located within the urbanization.
I remind you of these recommendations:
If you are going to do it outdoors I recommend that you do it before 8:30 am or after 4:00 pm. At that time the sun is at its lowest position. In any case, remember to use sunscreen.
Put on some relaxing music or whatever you like to meditate and be in touch with yourself.
Let flow all those negative energies that overwhelm us day by day.
Breathe. Feel how your lungs fill up. As you do, feel the wind on your face and the warmth of the sun's rays on your body.Take your time. Enjoy the moment.
Postures
Lateral plane incline posture
Excellent for abdominal work, stability and concentration.
Lie on your side on the mat and rest your forearm on the floor.
Push your body with the help of your left forearm upwards, your right arm should be straight for the balance your body needs.
Keeping the position you should inhale and exhale three to five times slowly and deeply.
Repeat the procedure with the right side.
Plow Pose
Excellent for stimulating digestion.
Lie on your back on the mat and lift your legs up. Your arms should be extended with the soles of your hands touching the mat.
With the help of your legs, slowly lift your back off the mat. Your knees should be level with your forehead.
Holding the position you should inhale and exhale three to five times slowly and deeply.
Table Posture
Strengthens the abdomen.
Sit on the mat. Lean your arms backwards. Your back should be straight.
With the help of your heels and arms propel your body upwards. Your head should rest backwards. Contract your abdomen.
Holding the position you should inhale and exhale three to five times slowly and deeply.
Posture runner
Excellent for toning and flexibility of the legs.
Standing on the mat you must take a long step forward.
Bend your knee and lean your body forward placing your chest over your knee and your arms at the sides of your leg. Your head should be straight.
Holding the position you should inhale and exhale three to five times slowly and deeply.
To finish I wanted to do some meditation, I sat on the mat, crossed my legs, my arms rested on my knees, relaxed and closed my eyes. Listening to the sound of the birds singing and the wind on my face. I took three to five slow, deep breaths. Inhale and exhale. The sensation is truly renewing.
To say goodbye I give you this recipe for this delicious tea that I drink daily before going to bed, it has many nutritional properties.
